2025 Add-Ons
Add-ons are a great way for us to bring more farmers and more local products into our CSA offerings. Back by popular demand, Mountain Flower Farm will be offering our members their weekly bouquet program for the summer share period. We are excited to expand our offering of von Trapp Whole Milk Cream-On-Top Yogurt to include their Maple Yogurt. And, we are now working with Triple J Pastures to offer an egg add-on that so many members loved a couple of years ago!

Triple J Pastures
This year, in addition to offering “the best eggs ever” from Triple J Pastures, we are also offering a monthly pork and chicken share. Triple J Pastures is a small family farm in Irasburg – you might know them from the Waitsfield Farmer’s Market!
They use a diversified pasture-based system where they rotationally graze their chickens, turkeys, ducks, hogs, lambs, goats and a few beef cattle. As a result, their eggs are delicious and beautiful with a bright orange yolk and their pasture-raised meats are all-natural and raised with tender-loving care.
We will help you get the most from your egg and meat share with recipes that help you combine your weekly veggies with these add-ons!
Egg Share
This year we will have a limited number of egg shares available to Muddy Boots CSA members because of the HUGE demand for Triple J Eggs. So, if you want in on the egg-share, please order early! It includes one dozen eggs each week. Sign up for the full 20-week season and get one week FREE!
Pork Share
The pork share will include 10 pounds of mixed pork cuts and sausage, delivered once a month on the last week of the month. The meat will be frozen and ready to pop into your freezer. Sign up for three months for the summer CSA or two months for the fall CSA. Sign up for the full 5-month season and get a discount!
Chicken Share
The chicken share includes two 5-ish pound chickens each month delivered once a month on the last week of the month. The chickens will be frozen and ready to pop into your freezer. Weekly Yogurt from von Trapp Farmstead
von Trapp Farmstead is back again this year with their amazing yogurt! This year we are offering the option of Plain or Maple – or you can get one of each!
There is so much that you can do with a quart of yogurt that you might decide to order two a week! Put some in a bowl and stir in a little maple syrup for breakfast or a quick snack. Add a spoonful to hot or cold soup as an elegant and easy garnish. Make a simple yogurt cake and cover it with fresh strawberries in June and top it with….yes, whipped yogurt!

Mountain Flower Farm Weekly Bouquet
Mountain Flower Farm has been a member of our team for several years now. Many members love bringing home a fresh floral bouquet along with their weekly produce share throughout the summer. The first flowers of the season will likely be several weeks of peonies followed by peak summer buds including zinnias and sunflowers.
