CSA Share Hold Request Form
How It Works
If you let us know in advance (using the FORM on the right) that you are not going to be able to pick up your share, we will pack and hold it for you in the reach-in cooler in the pick-up area. To make this work, we have rules that we ask everyone follow.
- Please complete the form before 5:00pm on pick-up day. If we receive your request on AFTER 5:00pm on pick-up day, we probably will not be able to pack up your share.
- After we have packed up your share, we will send you an email confirmation. If you don’t receive a confirmation, it means that we received your request too late.
- We will do our best to properly pack your CSA share, but we obviously can’t guarantee that your items will be as fresh as they were on pick-up day. We apologize in advance for using so many plastic bags. Please reuse them.
- If you would rather, you can have a friend pick up your share. Just forward the weekly newsletter to your friend; there are pick-up guidelines at the bottom of every issue.
