How Pick-Up Works

Hello there! If you’re new to our CSA and need to know how to pick up your produce, we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you should know:

• Our pick-up hours are on Wednesdays from noon to 6:00pm. Please don’t arrive too early, as our team will still be setting up the pick-up area.
• You can find us at Cloud Water Farm on Route 100 in Warren VT. Just look for the open-air, covered space to the right of the single-level building.

• Please remember to bring your own bag or box to collect your delicious veggies. We don’t provide bags, but we do have them available for purchase at 50 cents each. All of the money we collect for these bags goes towards our Farm Share Fund.
• Once you arrive, be sure to sign in at the front of the pick-up area before collecting your scrumptious veggies. The list of members with their share sizes and weekly add-on options is located at the sign-in table.

• Sometimes veggies need to be weighed. No worries! We have easy-to-read scales available for you to use.
• If you can’t make it during pick-up hours, we offer a Share Hold service (more on this later).
• We want you to be happy with your share, so if there’s a particular item you don’t like, feel free to trade it in at the Trade Box located at the end of the veggies before you exit the pick-up area. Just keep in mind that each item equals one unit when trading.
• Lastly, keep an eye out for our flash and bulk sales throughout the season. We’ll notify you via email when we have one. Be sure to place your order as soon as you get the email, because supplies are often limited.
