Chili Verde and Mexican Street Corn

You may need to cut this recipe for classic Chili Verde in half depending on the quantities of tomatillos and chilis you get with your share, but you will still be able to make a hearty meal for a family of 4 or 5.  Serve it with sour cream and fresh lime wedges, soft corn tortillas and Mexican Street Corn (Elotes).
